In Restaurant "Delicacy" each dish reveals rich, centuries-long history, stated in its original, modern twist. Dishes are prepared on the basis of specially selected products derived from organic local farms.
Restauracja Delicja opiera się na nowoczesnej interpretacji tradycyjnej kuchni polskiej i europejskiej. W menu dominują dania przygotowywane z wysokiej jakości produktów, często inspirowane smakami regionu Beskidów. Szef kuchni łączy klasyczne receptury z nowoczesnymi technikami kulinarnymi, dzięki czemu potrawy zachowują tradycyjny charakter, a jednocześnie mają elegancką, restauracyjną formę podania.
